They took the time to assess my needs answer any questions I had and develop a customized plan to accomplish what I needed. They helped me in acquiring the last couple pieces of equipment that I needed without just trying to push the brands that they deal with and offered me options that would work best within the neighborhood of my budget, which was very refreshing! The guys were extremely professional, courteous and vested in making sure I was happy with all elements of the install. Throughout the install process, we ran into a couple of unforeseen hurdles and we worked together to find and implement solutions without any stress. I could not be happier with my new home theater and the time that they took work with me before AND AFTER the job was complete. I will happily work with them again if the need arises and will recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
