RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Shore Sound & Cinema Policies

Please review our Return Exchange Policy below so we can better assist you. Shore Sound & Cinema strives to provide our customers with trouble-free, easy to use technology for your home of business. If something is not working properly or you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or repair.

Price Match Policy

Shore Sound & Cinema will meet any lower advertised price for any product offered by an authorized retailer in a 35-mile radius.  Please bring an advertisement or printout of said item to us prior to paying for it.  Internet-based store price matching is generally not applicable but will be given fair consideration.  This guarantee does not apply to “percent-off” sales (ad must reflect actual price), special orders, limited quantities, floor models, liquidation sales, and going-out-of-business sales. Advertised products must be factory-sealed boxed products with identical model numbers. Competitor’s ads must also support sufficient stock and not be one-of-a-kind items. We will not match the price of a retailer who advertised a lower price and does not have any merchandise in stock. Advertiser mistakes that are recanted in print do not apply.

14 Day Full Return Policy

If you are not happy with a product that you have purchased from us, bring it back within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.  To receive a full refund, the product must be in new condition with all packing materials, accessories, and manuals intact.  Products that are not returned/exchanged with all items intact or in new condition, will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Store Credit Return

Items returned after 14 days, but within 30 days from date of purchase, item will be refunded as STORE CREDIT.  Products that are not returned/exchanged with all items intact or in new condition, will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Special Orders

Special order items are NON-REFUNDABLE unless defective and thus will be covered under our 30-day defective exchange

30 Day Defective Exchange

Should a product you bought from us become defective within 30 days after the original purchase date, we will replace it with a new one. To receive full credit for an exchange, the product must be in like-new condition with all packing materials, accessories, and manuals intact.  Products that are not returned/exchanged with all items intact will be charged a restocking fee based on a per case basis.

Refund Return

Refunds will be in the same form as original purchase. Exceptions: Cash or check purchases over $100 will be refunded in the form of a mail check within 10 business days of return.
