Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Shore Sound & Cinema has implemented new service protocols to protect our teams from the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) when dispatched for in-home service calls.

In these unprecedented and challenging times, the safety and protection of our employees is our number one concern. We will always err on the side of caution to keep our employees safe. Please read below to review how we will handle all service calls.

Effective immediately Coronavirus (COVID-19) Protocols:

Year-Round Residents

We will respond to your service request in a timely manner and schedule accordingly. Our service teams will practice all published Coronavirus (COVID-19) social distancing guidelines. We will use gloves, masks and disinfectant sprays and wipes as necessary to resolve the service visit. The following exclusions would prevent us from providing service:

  • We will not enter the home if other Trades or Home Services are present during the scheduled visit
  • We will not enter the home if someone in the home is traveling for personal or business reasons

Seasonal Residents

If you have arrived at your shore home and have determined you have a problem, we will handle your service calls based on the following conditions:

  1. If you are here for a short stay, we will respond to your service needs 5 days after you have left the home. When we enter your home, our service teams will practice all published Coronavirus (COVID-19) guidelines, use gloves, masks and disinfectant sprays and wipes as necessary to resolve the service visit.
    • Shore Sound & Cinema will not enter the home if other Trades or Home Services are present during the scheduled visit
  2. If you are here for the season, we will respond to your service needs 14 days from the day you entered your home. When we enter your home, our service teams will practice all published Coronavirus (COVID-19) social distancing guidelines, use gloves, masks and disinfectant sprays and wipes as necessary to resolve the service visit.
    • Shore Sound & Cinema will not enter the home if other Trades or Home Services are present during the scheduled visit
  3. If you or a member of your family are practicing any of the following, we will not service your home until after the CDC, Federal , State & Local Governments restrictions have be lifted.:
    • Traveling to and from your primary residence
    • Traveling to and from your business
    • Hosting extended family, friends or guests from outside the area
    • Other Trades or Home Services that are entering your home from outside the area

Shore Sound & Cinema understands that we are all in this together and we will strive to provide the level of service our clients come to expect. Our world is changing day to day and we will adjust our protocols accordingly as the situation evolves. Kindly understand the grim reality of our “new normal” and please respect our position for the health and well-being of everyone… We will not deviate from the above protocols.
