Preseason Preventative Maintenance

Shore Sound & Cinema will schedule an onsite service call prior to Memorial
Day Weekend of the contract year and complete the following:

System Function Test

Test all audio/video equipment for proper operation
Test all network equipment for proper operation
Repair, replace or resecure all IR Emitters as necessary
Clean and dust equipment as necessary for proper operation

Software/Firmware Updates

Complete all software & firmware updates as necessary to maintain proper operation of all audio/video equipment.

System Evaluation Report

Provide a written report on any equipment that is damaged or not functioning to expected industry standards. Equipment within warranty will be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturers guideline. If damaged equipment is beyond its warranty period or equipment obsolescence is determined a detailed proposal while be provided outlining a course of repair and its associated costs.

OVRC PRO Remote Access Service*

Shore Sound & Cinema will provide unlimited OVRC PRO remote access service to troubleshoot and remotely maintain compatible equipment during the contract period.

Priority Onsite Service

Shore Sound & Cinema will dispatch a technician during regular business hours** for any issues regarding your AV system within 24 hours of your call up to 3 times per contract period.


PROactive Maintenance members will receive a 10% discount on all equipment*** purchased and billable labor within the contract period.


Per Year + Tax

*    Remote Access Service requires OVRC enabled network hardware to allow for remote access. Please contact to your Shore Sound & Cinema representative for an onsite OVRC evaluation and installation proposal.
